Beyond property management
Chainbow provides asset and estate management for residential, mixed-use and commercial buildings and needed a brand and website that represented the breadth of its work.
Our brief was to develop a new brand identity which encapsulated the individuality and charisma of both the business and its founder, so we took the owner’s trade mark bow tie and made it central to the character of the brand.
We then took this new brand and, amongst other things, applied it to the company’s website. At the same time, we developed “my chainbow” – an innovative functionality that provides Chainbow’s clients with personalised information about their local area. So, for example, someone living in an apartment managed by Chainbow can access details about guest parking, or find out about local restaurants.
